These Terms govern your use of FoundHome. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

FoundHome provides AI-assisted tools for real-estate professionals to match listings to buyers, communicate in the agent's name across email/SMS/WhatsApp, answer buyer questions, and generate analysis. You are responsible for your use of the service and for your communications with buyers.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be a licensed or otherwise authorized real-estate professional where required. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate any law, infringe rights, send unsolicited spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. Plan limits (such as the number of active buyer-agents on your tier) apply to your account.

Fair housing & compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable fair-housing and advertising laws. FoundHome is designed to avoid steering and protected-class characterizations, but you remain responsible for ensuring your communications and decisions comply with the law.

Buyer communications & consent

You represent that you have the necessary consent to contact the buyers you add and to send them messages through the service. Messaging is subject to carrier and provider rules; buyers may opt out at any time.

AI-generated content

Listing scores, projections, reports, and answers are generated with the help of AI and from third-party data. They are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the information you provide about yourself and your buyers. FoundHome owns the platform, and the aggregated, de-identified data and derived models described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed on the terms presented at sign-up. During early access, pricing and limits may change with notice.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundHome is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination & changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
