FoundHome ("FoundHome", "we", "us") provides AI-assisted tools that help real-estate professionals find, match, and communicate listings to their buyers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — the name, email, and password you provide when you create an account, and your agent identity (display name, signature, voice).
- Buyer information you provide — contact details and search preferences for the buyers you serve, which you enter or that we infer from messages you forward.
- Interaction data — listings presented, messages sent and received, reactions, questions, viewings, and preference changes generated through the service.
- Usage and technical data — log data, device/browser information, and the computation (AI model usage) performed on your behalf.
How we use information
To operate and improve the service: match listings to buyers, compose and send communications in your name, answer buyer questions, generate reports, monitor reliability and cost, and provide support. We use AI models (which may be operated by third-party providers) to score listings, interpret replies, and draft messages.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers strictly to run the product — for example AI processing, messaging delivery (email/SMS/WhatsApp), and property data — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Aggregated and de-identified data
We may create aggregated and de-identified data from interactions across the platform — data that does not identify any individual buyer or agent. This aggregated, anonymized data, and any models or insights derived from it, are owned by FoundHome and may be used to improve and develop our products and services.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Closing a buyer or account pauses processing and retains data unless deletion is requested.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information at any time from your Account page, and you can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Buyers can opt out of communications by replying to any message.
